Marta Ivanivna Bazak (January 24, 1953, Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk (until 1961, Stanislavsk) region) is a scientist, artist of decorative and applied arts (tapestry), works in painting and graphics.

She studied at Kolomyia schools No. 4 and No. 1. She graduated from the Lviv State School of Applied Arts named after I. Trusha 1972) and Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (1978, department of artistic textiles, teachers M. V. Tokar, I. I. Bodnar, Yu. V. Skandakov, V. A. Ovsiychuk, D. D. Dovbushynskyi

She worked as the head of the department of the Kolomyia Museum of Folk Art of Hutsul Oblast and Pokutty (Ivano-Frankivsk Region), in the Ivano-Frankivsk Art and Production Combine of the Art Fund of Ukraine, in the Directorate of Art Exhibitions of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine in Kyiv.

Senior teacher of the Department of Artistic Textiles of the Mykhailo Boychuk Kyiv Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design (since 2002).

Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (since 1988).

Honored Artist of Ukraine (according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated August 18, 2009 No. 619/2009).

Since 1976, she has been a participant in more than 70 art exhibitions, including 14 personal ones, the works are kept in the National Museum of Folk and Decorative and Applied Art in Kyiv, the National Museum of Folk Art of Hutsul Oblast and Pokuttia named after Yosaphat Kobrynskyi in Kolomyia, the Ivano-Frankivsk Museum of Local History, the Directorate art exhibitions of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, the All-Russian Museum of Decorative and Applied Arts in Moscow and private collections in Ukraine, Canada, Germany, Poland, Russia, the USA, France.
